RISK ASSESSMENT

To ensure we all stay safe, we have put together a risk assessment and would be grateful if you could take the time to familiarize yourself with it before arriving for your appointment.  

• Please phone or text us if you want to book an appointment. You will be advised what to expect when you arrive for your appointment.

• It is important to cancel and reschedule your appointment if:-

  You or anyone you live with feels unwell.

  You have been in contact with anyone who has typical coronavirus symptoms, e.g. cough, shortness of breath, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.

  You have recently travelled to an area with high infection rates.

  No Cancellation fee will apply and we will be happy to book you in at a later date instead.

• If you should display symptoms of coronavirus within two weeks of visiting us please contact the salon ASAP. Once we are advised we will contact all other clients and stylists that may have come into contact with you.

• All stylists have completed an online Covid-19 hygiene and safety certification.

• Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the salon..

• We reserve the right to refuse to provide a service or entry to any client if we deem it appropriate.
